2) Terms of Service1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Worry Vault (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.2. Who may use the App
The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent/guardian must create the account and is responsible for the child’s use.3. Not medical advice
The App provides educational and wellness support tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not an emergency service.If you believe a child may be at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.4. Accounts and responsibilities
- Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.5. App features and content
The App may allow users to enter worries (text) or create drawings. By default, sensitive worry content may be stored on-device. If a user chooses “Share with Parent,” the selected content may be uploaded to the cloud for parental viewing.You are responsible for content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.6. Paid features
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase (“Premium”). Payments are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, as applicable. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms will be presented at purchase.- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store/Play Store account settings.
- We do not control store refunds; refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, branding, and software.8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data that is not yours
- Interfere with the App’s security or performance
- Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law
- Use the App for unlawful purposes9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for safety or legal compliance.10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Groundwork Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where Groundwork Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.13. Contact
